All prices are in Canadian dollars.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal.
Duty & taxes?
GST will be charged to all Canadian orders at the rate of 5%. We do not apply sales tax to US or international orders. You are responsible for any duty or taxes that your local government may charge upon delivery.
How often do you restock?
We restock monthly, with the exception of some of our wood items. Because these products are made out of end cuts from projects we have worked on, stock quantity is based on the availability of interesting and appropriate materials.
May I place a special order?
Depending on the time of year and the item you’ve requested, we do our very best to accommodate special orders. They’re a sign that you like what we do, and that makes us happy! Shoot us an email, and we’ll try to make it happen.
What is your return policy?
Not happy with your product? Let us know within five days of receiving it and, once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we can not refund any shipping costs. All goods must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Sorry; we cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.
Are your products guaranteed?
Yes! We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Where are you located and can we visit?
We are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada and have an open door policy. Specific items are only available (for pick up) in studio as they cannot be shipped. Drop us a line and pop by for a cup of tea. We’d love to chat.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere. Shipping prices vary from item to item and are dependent on your location.
When will my order ship?
With the occasional exception, all orders will ship within seven business days of purchase. If your package is a gift, or you need it sooner, let us know and we will get working on it right away. Arrival times vary by destination.
What is the average shipping time?
Shipping to the USA and Canada typically takes five to eight business days. Everywhere else averages 10 business days.
